Feeling petrified, I sat on the sofa waiting for the police's arrival. After afew minutes, the police arrived at the scene. When the police arrived, the burglar quickly grabbed me and threatened to hurt me. Luckily, the police were able to catch him before he hurt me.

Do you feel that that your child writes stories which sound like the above sample?
Do you feel that the content can be improved BUT you have no idea how, other than to add vocabulary?

Although parents do detect writing flaws as they go through their children’s writing, many also struggle to teach their children how exactly to correct the flaws

During the workshop, our programme specialist , Ms Low Suet Lin , will be examining the finer points of the writing process by focusing on the body of the composition- the main event with parents so as to:

- Understand the common content and language flaws of a main event.
- Identify the common types of mistakes students make when writing the main event
- Guide students to correct the common mistakes

Using a hands-on approach, parents will learn how to prompt and guide their children along in the writing process. Call our administrative office at 63385657 to register now!
**Intermediate-level workshops are suitable for parents who:
• Have been consistently and actively supporting the child’s learning process in the area of writing.
• Possess an adequate command of the English language, in the written form.
